With 25 years as a stormwater engineer and owner of Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC, StormGUARDen’s designer and CEO Carrie felt that our tools for addressing roof runoff from smaller sites were very limited.
Rain barrels and rain gardens do not provide enough storage or water quality. Other stormwater devices are very costly for small sites and require very specialized installers.
Carrie combined multiple stormwater engineering practices together and added ease of maintenance and weather resistant material, even for northern/frozen climates, to create the StormGUARDen.
